Raymond spent the early part of his career serving in the military with the US Army Special Operations Command (Ft. Bragg, NC) before making the life-changing decision to move into the civilian sector.
His career quickly accelerated over the next several years to the executive leadership level in large, multi-national companies with profits exceeding $140+ billion across a variety of industries. He previously held global human resources executive positions at Cargill, Inc., the largest private company in North America, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), International Paper Company, and the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies.
In his previous role at Boeing as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness & Analytics, Raymond partnered with the executive team and provided leadership on business growth and workforce and workplace strategies to enhance the ability to attract and retain talent.
Raymond has more than 20 years’ international experience, has significant experience in developing global human resource policy and talent strategies, and has a strong international outlook, having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Raymond holds an MBA from Pepperdine University where he is also a member for the Graziadio Business School Board of Directors. He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
