With nearly two decades of legal and government affairs experience, Mayealie T. Adams is part of Danaher Corporation’s senior leadership team responsible for protecting and promoting the company’s interests at all levels of government. Danaher is a global science and technology innovator with over $25Billion in annual revenues and 65, 000 employees in 60 countries around the globe. Ms. Adams previously held leadership positions with Philips, North America as Managing Director of Compliance, Political and Government Affairs, PNC Bank as Vice President of Government Affairs, and FedEx Corporation as Manager of Government Affairs. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for developing and managing political programs, engaging with government stakeholders, and driving coalition building with external groups.

Named a Top Lobbyist & Influencer by Lawyers of Color in 2022 & 2023, and a Top Lobbyist by The Hill Newspaper in 2023, Ms. Adams is a diversity & inclusion champion, especially around health equity, and serves on a number of non-profit boards including the Washington Heads of Office Leadership Council, Alliance for mRNA Medicines, and Business Industry PAC. A lawyer by training, she also holds an MBA in Global Business from George Mason University. Ms. Adams lives in Manassas, VA with her husband, Alexander, and two children, Benjamin and Maya.
