Kim Talley
Kim Talley currently serves as Community Relations Director of G2 Secure Staff, LLC, an aviation staffing and security solutions company. G2 employs over 6,000 aviation services’ professionals at 54 top traveled airports across the United States. In her role, Ms. Talley works to build partnerships with a multitude of leaders in corporate, non-profit, education, government and community environments to expand the company’s reach and impact globally.
From 2003 to 2010, Ms. Talley served as a Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, in the Legislative and Public Affairs Department. Ms. Talley’s responsibilities included state and local lobbying and overseeing development, compliance and operational tasks for the ACS Political Action Committee.
Prior to her position at ACS, Ms. Talley served as a Director at American Airlines’ Government Affairs Department from 1994 to 2003, where she was responsible for the grassroots lobbying efforts on behalf of American. In that role, she developed and implemented a grassroots network within the company and initiated nationwide grassroots mobilization efforts on several airline industry issues, as well as corporate lobbying to support these issues. Additionally, Ms. Talley served as Assistant Secretary of the American Airlines Political Action Committee in which she was responsible for PAC solicitation/fundraising efforts on behalf of American. She was also an active participant in organizing inaugural activities/convention events and other major charity benefits for American.
In 2018, Ms. Talley was appointed by the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives to serve as one of the Speaker’s five civilian members to The Congressional Award National Board of Directors, the only official charity of the United States Congress. Ms. Talley had served as a non-appointed Board Member of the Foundation since 2001 as a member of the Financial Development and Congressional Relations Committees.
