Born and raised in Fairfax, VA, Jeneba graduated from James Madison University in 2024. She was a Justice Studies major with a Youth Justice minor. She Co-Directed a leadership program in undergrad called Make Your Mark on Madison. She is excited to support the efforts of the Congressional Award!

Why I Joined the Congressional Award
After getting involved in leadership during undergrad, I started to merge it with my passion for youth justice. I joined The Congressional Award to learn more about how leadership shows up in youth and witness the impact firsthand. I believe that instilling leadership in youth will create a successful future, especially in light of adversity.
