Carolina grew up in Arlington, VA and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2023. She studied International Relations with a concentration in Societies and Beliefs and is excited to support the efforts of the Congressional Award!
Why I Joined the Congressional Award
The Congressional Award provides young people with the unique opportunity to challenge themselves and engage with their communities in meaningful ways. I am passionate about supporting youth development and excited to be part of a team that encourages personal growth, leadership, and service.
