Adia Lancaster
Adia Lancaster is a dedicated advocate for families and children, with a mission to empower communities and protect vulnerable populations through education and enrichment. With 12 years of service on the Southern Nevada Human Trafficking Task Force, including over seven years as chairperson of the Education and Outreach Committee, Adia has led initiatives combating human trafficking through strategic prevention initiatives and community education.
Adia’s recent transition from Director of Awareness and Prevention at New Hope Foundation International to founder of the One Fam Project underscores her commitment to preventative measures. Through this initiative, she empowers parents to raise confident, resilient children, cultivating the supportive environments that allow young people to thrive as leaders in their communities.
Adia’s expertise lies in the critical field of human trafficking prevention, with a focus on creating pathways for individual and family empowerment. She leverages her degrees in Human Development and Visual Communications to design impactful, research-based programs that educate audiences of all ages. Her work with schools, professionals, and policymakers highlights her ability to connect with diverse groups, equipping them to address challenges and embrace opportunities for growth.
Recognized by Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and the Soroptimist Club for her leadership and advocacy, Adia is also celebrated for her ability to inspire collective action.
