Congratulations to our 2025 Class of Congressional Award Gold Medalists! We are so excited to welcome you to the Nation's Capital to celebrate your achievements. Please fill out the information below. Please note that the form will take around 20-30 minutes to complete.

The deadline to submit RSVPs for the 2025 Gold Medal Summit is April 20, 2025, 11:59 p.m local time. We are unable to make any exceptions to this deadline.

Congressional meetings will take place throughout day two of the Summit (6/12/25) in various locations within the Capitol complex. While we are unable to guarantee that your Representative and/or Senator(s) will be available due to the ongoing legislative and voting schedule, if you check "Yes" to this question, we will begin the scheduling process for you and attempt to get your meeting(s) on the schedule ASAP.

Please note thatin most cases, Congressional office staff will be scheduling meeting(s) directly with you and your fellow medalists, so please keep an eye on your email and respond promptly when they reach out in a few weeks to coordinate a time and place.

If you check "No" to this question, we will not reach out to schedule a meeting on your behalf. In lieu of a Congressional meeting, you will have the opportunity to attend all of the expert speaking panels throughout the day. Regardless, there will be many opportunities to meet with legislative, business and civic leaders throughout the Summit. We will work with you to arrange meeting opportunities in recognition of earning your Gold Medal.
