Upcoming Events

Throughout the year, national and regional events are held to raise awareness and funds for our charitable foundation. The marquee events include the Gold Medal Ceremony, Golf Classic, and Poker Tournament. In addition to these events, state dinners/receptions and regional award ceremonies occur on a rotating basis.


Leadership Reception

The Joint Leadership Commission and the Board of Directors will host a reception on Capitol Hill to celebrate the 39th anniversary of the program. The event will also announce the first Congressional Award School in partnership with Fort Worth Independent School District (Fort Worth, Texas). Program awards will be presented to Senators and Representatives with the top performing states or districts in 2018.
