Annual Golf Classic
The Congressional Award Golf Classic celebrates Congress’ Award for Youth with a day out on the links. Each spring, Members of Congress, Congressional Staffers and civic and community leaders join friends of Congress’ charity for eighteen holes of golf. The event starts with a morning breakfast and a tutorial and is followed by hours on the greens. A luncheon follows play, with prizes for skill shots and the top three finishing teams.

As The Congressional Award is a 501 (c)(3) that does not receive any federal funding, all proceeds raised at the charity golf tournament ensure that thousands more youth may benefit from the successful event.
