Kim Norman serves as a consultant of G2 Secure Staff, LLC (“G2”), an aviation staffing and security solutions company.

G2 employs over 6,000 aviation services’ professionals at 54 top traveled airports across the United States. Staffing services provided (both long and short-term agreements based on company’s needs), include terminal security, aircraft appearance/maintenance, ramp, passenger service, cargo and maintenance services.

In her role as consultant for G2, Ms. Norman serves as a liaison between the legacy airline carriers who have a new or existing agreement/contract with G2, ensuring the customer’s expectations are met, recognizing the need for a smooth transition within the airline’s operation.

From 2003 to 2010, Ms. Norman served as a Manager at Affiliated Computer Services (“ACS”) in the Legislative and Public Affairs Department, where she was responsible for overseeing development, compliance and operational tasks for the ACS Political Action Committee (“PAC”). In this role, she developed and implemented a PAC development program, designing internal communications to motivate and engage PAC participants. Additionally, Ms. Norman served as Assistant Secretary of the PAC, ensuring accuracy and compliance when reporting all corporate political contribution activity to the Federal Election Commission and all other state regulating agencies. She was also responsible for managing the outside vendor account, as well as working with vendor to provide a quarterly newsletter to distribute to PAC participants. In addition, she was responsible for maintaining and preparing an annual report of all PAC and corporate political contributions for ACS’ Board of Directors, as well as maintaining customized personal political contribution tracking records for CEO & other senior officers to ensure individual contribution limits were within election law guidelines.

Prior to her position at ACS, Ms. Norman served as a Director at American Airlines’ Government Affairs Department from 1994 to 2003, where she was responsible for all of the grassroots lobbying efforts on behalf of American. In that role, she developed and implemented a grassroots network within the company and initiated nationwide grassroots mobilization efforts on several airline industry issues, as well as corporate lobbying to support these issues. Additionally, Ms. Norman served as Assistant Secretary of the American Airlines Political Action Committee in which she was responsible for PAC solicitation/fundraising efforts on behalf of American. She was also an active participant in organizing inaugural activities/convention events and other major charity benefits for American.

Active in charitable and civic affairs, Ms. Norman also works with Junior Achievement, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Wounded Warrior Project, volunteering her assistance to organize special fundraising events.
