Linda Mitchell, Ph.D. serves as Creative Programming and Technology Specialist for Mississippi State University Extension Service and is on the State 4-H staff. She taught both elementary and high school classes in the Mississippi Public School system for 17 years. She also worked as Consumer Educator for Litton where she tested recipes and developed cookbooks. She and her husband, Dean have two sons, two lovely daughter-in-laws and a beautiful and talented grandson.
